Hey! My name is Gia & I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 6 years now. As an ex gymnast, my passion for movement has been a constant in my life. Over the years, I have fallen in love with many styles of movement- gymnastics, running, cycling, hiking, pole dancing, yoga & strength training. I truly believe that the ability to move our bodies is a precious gift, not to be taken for granted & has the power to transform not just your physical body, but more importantly your mental wellbeing.
I became a PT after working unsatisfying desk jobs & then receiving my ADHD diagnosis, I realised how important it was for me to share my love of movement with as many people as possible. To my horror, the fitness industry was rife with misinformation, dangerous advice, unrealistic standards, shaming + blaming, telling people to extremely restrict calories & over exercise, which of course caused rebounding & the perpetual mental anguish that is the cycle of gain, lose, gain. I don't believe in quick fixes, crash or fad diets, skinny teas, crazy intense workouts or fast unsustainable results. I know what works & will work always- time, patience education & consistency.
I give you the tools & education for you to create your new lifestyle, all I need is a few months & your unwavering trust & I will do all I can to guide you to your goals!​
