  • Option to send technique & form check videos

  • Calendar to show you what I've prescribed you day to day

  • Customised Nutrition- calories, macros & optional meal plans, updated as needed

  • Connection to MyFitnessPal, Apple Watch + FitBit for easy access to your daily intake

  • Body progress tracking (weight, photos, measurements)

  • 24/7 message support (please give me 2-12 hours to respond)

  • Weekly check ins via Google Meet or Google Forms, to see how your progressing
    physically, mentally, emotionally & if we need to make any changes

  • Guidebook on training, lifestyle & nutrition for extra info

BASIC TIER- $88AUD per week

Disclaimers

  • Billed fortnightly

  • Minimum of 12 week commitment 
    (recommendation of 24+ weeks)

  • 1 week cancellation notice needed

  • Non-refundable start up fee of $110, will cover the
    cost of set up & includes your 1st week of coaching
