  • Custom programs sent in 8 week blocks (2x programs per 8 weeks)

  • Spaces in program to track weights used, notes etc

  • Custom calories/macros & guidebook

  • Doesn't include check ins or assisted progress tracking



- Training Program option includes 8 weeks of training, 2 x 4 week training blocks, sent as a excel document to track your training, completely     customised to you.​

- No Check ins included

- Once you have emailed me your form below and payment, I will provide you with dates of availability to have this ready by, once this is confirmed, payment is through I will get started for you.
